Planting Flowers

I planted some more flowers out in the front yard and some left and was going to put them in the back yard. I set them outside so that I could get things ready to plant them. Hailee was playing outside and I heard water splashing, Hailee likes to play in the dog's water dish, I know it is kinda gross, but she knows that she isn't suppose to be in it and will try to play in it if she thinks that she won't get caught. I looked out the window and saw this....

Hailee making sure the flowers were watered.
All the dirt that was on the bottom of the flower is now in the dog dish.
And Hailee continuing to put things in the water dish.
Including her head!!! She loves to get her hair wet in whatever water she can find, she will even go as far at getting water from her cup with her hand and putting it all on her hair.
After I told her not to play in the water again, and finished taking some pics, she told me that she wanted to go "ni-night" on the grass.

Hailee's latest adventures

Hailee has had her first ever ear infection, but after she got some medicine in her she was back to her old self running around and wanting to play. On our way home one day from the meeting Jimmy at the school, we stopped to play at a different park than the one by our house. This park was full of slides, no swings. Hailee will not do anything else but swing if there are swings. She was afraid at first to go down the tube slide, but the got enough courage to finally go down. After that she was hooked.
We bought a jogging stroller since I have been wanting to run outside, but with the crazy schedules it's hard to run on the treadmill and keep Hailee busy or she wants to walk and not ride in the other strollers. So me and my mom decided that we should walk together on the days that Jimmy has school, since she has a nice big park with a track behind her house. So we went to visit my mom and it ended up that Hailee wanted to swing. We got her off the swings and she wanted to help with the water. She of course ended up completely soaked, good thing it was warm outside.

Taking a drink from the hose.
Such a big helper, of course she had to do it herself without anyone helping her.

Party

Today we celebrated my Grandma's 80th birthday. We had a BBQ at the park with my family. If you know how the Utah weather has been the last few days with rain, today was no exception. It wasn't raining when we first got there, the kids played and we started to eat. The wind was getting worse and it started to rain. We were at the Bluffdale park and they must of had some events going on there cause they hadn't taken the tents down yet. We started to move the food and everyone to the tent and before we had everything done, it was hailing with lightening and thunder. We hung out under the tent all in jackets and blankets. Today surely wasn't a summer day!! It was great to see family and catch up with everyone.

Hailee and her cousin Abbi, they love to see each other and love getting into trouble together.

Random Pics

**While driving in the car, I gave Hailee my old glasses to play with. Hailee started to yell at me "Look Mom" and laugh. I told her she looked so cool and then she proceeded to tell me "Look Mom, Cool Mom" while laughing and thinking it was so fun to have her glasses on like Mom.

** Hailee riding in the car again, she looks so grownup in this picture!!

**We had a mission reunion at the Joseph Memorial Building with Jimmy's mission pres. and others that served in the same mission. We were in the banquet room at the very top on the other side from the restaurants. Hailee loved looking out the windows and being able to see everything. She pointed out different things she saw out the window. We walked over to the side the Temple is on and she looked out the window and said "Look Mom, Temple" She loved it. We had to keep going back over there to keep looking at it. It was fun to see all the old companions and friends from his mission.

Hailee's Prayer

Anytime anyone is saying a prayer, whether it be family prayer, dinner prayer, or a pray in church, Hailee starts to talk loudly in her gibberish only making out a few words as she trys to keep up with all the words that are being said, like bless Mom, Dad, Hailee, and other words that she catches onto while we are praying. When she feels the prayer should be done she says "Amen".
