Easter 2011

Hailee in her Easter Dress, she was so excited to finally wear it to church.

Easter Egg hunt, I had to work, so Jimmy being the greatest dad took her to a hunt. He said that she was being really shy and didn't want to get in there and pick up the cool stuff that was there for her age group---Hailee does NOT like the Easter bunny. We went to the mall to see the Easter Bunny and she was so scared of him, she didn't want anything to do with him. I told her she needed to tell the bunny what to bring her and she asked for a spoon cause she lost hers...so random.

Hailee's Easter basket. She was so surprised when she saw her basket and all the things the bunny left for her. She didn't know what to do at first or what to look at first. She of course LOVED the candy that was left.

Easter Egg hunt with my family. Hailee loved the outfit that the bunny left for her, she is quite into clothes. This hunt was better, she got right out there and ran and ran to find all the hidden eggs and toys. She wasn't shy about this one!!

Dyeing eggs...all I can say is what a mess!!! I got the no spill dye thinking that it wouldn't be very messy, wrong....they still managed to make a mess of it and get all dyed with the eggs!! They had a great time, that is all that matters.

Trampoline

We finally got Hailee her trampoline.

She has wanted one forever. We didn't really like the ones that they have out there and so we didn't buy her one to just get one. We were at Sam's Club and saw that they had a low to the ground, fairly good size around, and enclosed trampoline and decided that it would be a good one to get. It looked like it could handle the weather outside as well. So we surprised her with it and she was excited.

She even must have been dreaming about it, cause she woke up in the middle of the night and wanted to jump and told us that her friends came over to jump with her.

Hailee's First Set of Stitches

So we were out with some friends at dinner, Hailee was leaning against her chair and it slid away from her and she hit her head on the chair. We thought that she was fine and tried to calm her down from crying when I looked at her and her head was bleeding.

We were lucky to have our dinner over, so we went to pay for dinner and take a look outside in the light. Hailee was more worried about the free sucker she gets when dinner was over than her head bleeding. We looked at it more and decided that she would need stitches. So of course we were down south away from home and so we went to the insta care, they were going to put stitches in and then decided they didn't want to do them there, so we had to go to another insta care. When we got there, they looked at her and said that they would have to do staples.

Hailee was so brave and didn't even cry when they were getting everything ready for the them to get put in. She was still nervous and scared. They got her head all numbed and then put the staples in pretty quick

Hailee was so proud to show everyone that she had staples in her head. She did so awesome!!

Great Grandma's Piano

Hailee likes to visit great grandma and of course great grandpa.

She loves the piano that they have and always wants play it. It is a player piano, so it has music rolls you put into it and it plays the songs while the keys move. She loves the songs and loves everyone to sing them while it plays.

I love this picture of the two of them listenting to the song and playing the piano together.

Hailee's first haircut

So I finally cut Hailee's hair, it wasn't easy to do either.

Her hair was so long and went into a point at the bottom, so we just made it straight across.

As the girl cutting it was getting ready to cut off the bottom, I almost told her to stop but didn't. Then I wanted to cry as she was cutting her hair, she didn't cut that much off either and it is still long and curly.

Hailee didn't want to get her hair cut, when I told her about it she cried. She was scared to get her hair cut since it would hurt to cut it, as she thought anyways. She did really well and we went out for icecream afterwards.
